Shipping Terms and Conditions

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the following Monday.  If there is any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock or no longer available, we will notify you via email or telephone.  If you order multiple items and one or more items are on back order, your in-stock items will be held until your back ordered items become available.

Orders are shipped via FedEx unless otherwise requested.

Complimentary U.S Ground shipping is available when you spend $100.00 or more, and will automatically appear at checkout.  Complimentary shipping is not offered in combination with any other promotion, discount, or coupon code unless otherwise specified.

Return Policy

If an item is incorrectly shipped or damaged, please contact Customer Support.  Items that are incorrectly shipped or damaged will qualify for store credit or refund.  All refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received.  Refunds and store credit shall not be granted for “opened” items.

You MUST contact Customer Service within 7 days of receipt of items for all returns.  No refunds will be provided after 7 days.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs is seller is not at fault.
